Enrollment is Now Open for Home Help Services
We are currently enrolling individuals and families interested in Michigan Medicaid Home Help services.
Home Help provides non-medical, in-home support to assist with daily living activities while honoring dignity and independence.
If you or someone you love already has (or is applying for) Home Help authorization, we invite you to complete our Interest form. A member of our team will follow up to review details and next steps.
Enrollment is based on authorization or an out-of-pocket service agreement and service availability.
You May Be Able to Get Paid for Caring for a Family Member
Through Michigan’s Medicaid Home Help program, some individuals may be eligible to receive services from a family member or trusted caregiver. In these cases, the caregiver may be compensated for providing approved Home Help services.
Eligibility is determined by Medicaid and based on Authorization, care needs, and Program Requirements.
Not all Family Relationships Qualify. Approval + Enrollment are Required.
