we see beyond.

Healing begins when people feel seen, heard, and supported.

Integrated Health & Wellness was founded on the belief that mental health care should be compassionate, accessible, and centered on the whole person. Every individual carries a unique story, and we believe therapy should honor that story while helping people discover hope, healing, and the strength to move forward.

Our practice was created to serve individuals and families across every stage of life. Whether you're a woman carrying the weight of countless responsibilities, a parent seeking support for your child or teen, or a couple working to strengthen your relationship, our team is committed to walking alongside you with empathy, expertise, and personalized care.

We understand that asking for help isn't always easy. That's why we've created a welcoming environment where clients can feel safe to be themselves, explore life's challenges, and develop practical tools for lasting growth. Every 50-minute therapy session is tailored to your unique experiences, goals, and strengths because we believe no two healing journeys are the same.

Beyond therapy, our commitment to whole-person wellness extends into the communities we serve through home help services and partnerships with schools and community organizations.
We believe that supporting emotional wellness, healthy relationships, and everyday independence creates stronger families and healthier communities.

At Integrated Health & Wellness, we're more than a therapy practice—we're a team of compassionate professionals dedicated to helping people restore hope, build resilience, and thrive.
integrated services

women
Life asks so much of women. Whether you’re balancing career, motherhood, relationships, caregiving, or navigating a season of personal change, it’s easy to put your own well-being last.

At Integrated Health & Wellness, we provide a compassionate space where women can slow down, process life’s challenges, and reconnect with themselves. Together, we’ll work toward healing, greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, and practical strategies to help you move forward with confidence.

We support women experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, grief, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. Every 50-minute therapy session is personalized to your unique story, strengths, and goals—because your healing journey deserves individualized care.

child+teen
Every child deserves to feel safe, understood, and supported. Growing up comes with unique emotional, social, and developmental challenges, and sometimes children and teens need an experienced guide to help them navigate those experiences.

Our clinicians create a welcoming environment where young people can build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and express themselves in ways that feel natural and empowering. We partner closely with parents and caregivers to support progress both inside and outside of therapy.

We work with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, school-related stress, social challenges, trauma, grief, family transitions, and low self-esteem. Our goal is to help young people thrive—not just today, but throughout every stage of development.

couples+family
Healthy relationships don’t happen by accident—they’re built through communication, trust, understanding, and intentional growth. Whether you’re navigating conflict, adjusting to a major life transition, rebuilding after difficult experiences, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationships, therapy can provide a path forward.

Our therapists work collaboratively with couples and families to improve communication, resolve conflict, deepen connection, and foster healthier relationship patterns. We create a safe, nonjudgmental space where every voice is heard and every relationship has the opportunity to grow.
Together, we’ll identify strengths, address barriers, and develop practical tools that promote lasting connection, resilience, and healing for your family.

men
Life can place tremendous expectations on men—to provide, lead, protect, and stay strong, often while carrying stress that goes unseen. Many men have learned to push through difficult emotions on their own, but healing doesn’t require you to face life’s challenges alone.

At Integrated Health & Wellness, we offer a supportive, judgment-free environment where men can speak openly, gain clarity, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Whether you’re navigating career pressures, relationships, fatherhood, life transitions, or personal struggles, our therapists are here to help you move forward with confidence and purpose.

We support men experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, anger, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, life transitions, and personal growth. Every 50-minute therapy session is personalized to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals, helping you build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and create healthier relationships at home, at work, and within yourself.

support.groups
Healing doesn’t have to happen alone. At Integrated Health & Wellness, our support groups provide a safe, welcoming space to connect with others, share experiences, learn practical coping strategies, and receive encouragement in a compassionate, professionally facilitated environment. Each group is designed to foster connection, build resilience, and remind participants that hope grows stronger in community.
Together, we’ll identify strengths, address barriers, and develop practical tools that promote lasting connection, resilience, and healing for your family.

Our support groups vary based on demand and need.
